This cortijo is situated in the outskirts of Vélez Blanco, on a plot of 5,856 m2, with 60 olive trees on it, from which you can generate your own, ecological olive oil. In addition, there are several fruit trees on your property, and there is a water basin where you are entitled to fixed hours of water per month, with which you can irrigate your plants. We enter the property through the large iron gate and walk along a gravel path to the house. To the left, we see a large storage area that has been used as an animal shed. This room opens onto a small patio. Next to this we find the spacious garage. There is plenty of space here for a car and storage of your goods or garden tools.
A paved terrace leads to the main house. We enter the lounge, which has a ceiling with the wooden beams so typical of homes in this region.
